The Project funded by the Department for Equal Opportunities (Notice N. 10 of 10 February 2009) has implemented the protection programs aimed at ensuring a path of assistance and protection, including the activity to obtain the special residence permit referred to ex art. 18 of “Testo Unico” on Immigration for victims who are forced to evade the violence and conditionings of people engaged in the trafficking of human beings for exploitation purposes.

The project has been implemented in several phases:

Projects can be presented and managed by regions, local authorities or private entities affiliated with these bodies and registered, at the date of application submission of the projects, in the appropriate section of the register of associations and bodies that carry out activities in favor of foreign immigrants referred to in art. 52, paragraph 1, letter b of the regulation implementing “ Testo Unico” on immigration, according to the provisions that will be indicated below.
